Do I need new wiring?
In most homes, no: Aura fits standard wall boxes. If your box is missing a neutral wire, your technician handles it during installation.
What happens when the power cuts?
Aura remembers its state. When electricity returns, every light comes back exactly as you left it, brightness included.
Can I still use it like a normal switch?
Yes. Tap it like any switch; the household doesn't need the app. The app is extra, never required.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Control lives inside your home; taps and schedules keep working with the internet down.
What about the warranty?
Every ZENTOS product is covered: if something goes wrong, we repair or replace it. The details arrive with your invoice.
