The handover standard we're building

A ZENTOS installation is judged by what remains after the toolbag closes: safe fitting, a clean finish, and a person who understands exactly what changed. That is the standard we're setting as ZENTOS Pro takes shape.
For a wired product like Aura, that means checking the circuit and load first, protecting the wall finish, fitting it to specification, and testing the physical controls before setting it up in the app. Good installation starts with the space, not the screen.
The handover should be just as clear: what was fitted, how it works, how the person using the space controls it, and where to find help. Everything is explained, the account stays with the person using it, and technician access ends with the visit.
“The installation is complete when everything feels in place, not when the last screw goes in.”
Different products call for different checks. Irrigation products need flow and leak testing; climate products need to be set up in the room they serve; power products need load and safety checks. A consistent ZENTOS experience comes from giving each product the attention it needs.
We are building ZENTOS Pro with electricians and technicians who share this standard. The interest register helps us understand the trades and cities represented, decide where to begin, and get in touch when a relevant opportunity comes up.
