Every ZENTOS order is tracked in one place: the ZENTOS app. No refresh-and-hope, no separate courier site.
Open Orders in the app
Sign in with the same account you ordered with, then open Orders. Each order shows its stage in plain words: confirmed, packed, on its way, and a delivery day. If installation is part of the order, the technician visit shows here too.
Common questions
Ordered as a guest? Use the tracking link in your confirmation email. It opens the same live status without an account.
The day changed? Weather and traffic happen. The app updates the day the moment it moves, and you can shift it yourself from the same screen.
