Starting a repair
One device acting up? Starting a repair takes a moment, and we come to the device rather than sending you across town.

Open the device, then Get help
In the app, open the device that's misbehaving and tap Get help, then Start a repair. Tell us what you are seeing in a line or two.

Pick a pickup or visit
For most devices we collect it. For anything a technician installed, we send someone to your address. Choose a day that suits you.

Track it to your door
The repair shows in Orders with each stage (received, assessed, on its way back), exactly like a delivery.
Not sure it needs a repair?
Message us first. Half the time it's a quick fix we can walk you through on WhatsApp, and you keep your device.
